　We have been representing the commonwealth of Pennsylvania for investment promotion in Japan since 2010. The investment seminar was organized by JETRO and us on June 19, 2017. This event is also supported by the US embassy in Tokyo and Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and industry and accommodated approx. 100 participants at the headquarters of JETRO.

　The event started with an opening speech by Mr. Jonathan Heimer, Commercial Counselor, U.S. Embassy. Mr. Akiyama from JETRO followed him and explained the latest status of US economy and industries.

　Our staff Sato and Takayama explained the detail of investment environment including industrial clusters in PA, existing Japanese investors, support provided by the government, and case study of new investor from Nagoya.

　The event went well and seems very successful. Many participants joined the networking and discuss opportunities in PA with speakers and staff from JETRO and us.
