　In June 2022, a trade mission from the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Governors’ Council (GSGP) visited Japan and Korea. We, GSGP Japan trade office arranged one-on-one business meetings with potential distributors and agents for the following two companies.

　– Logos Logistics, Michigan
　– Nordic Ware, Minnesota

　Both companies were very satisfied with the business meetings we arranged in Japan.

　GSGP unites the chief executives from Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Québec and Wisconsin. The Governors and Premiers work as equal partners to grow the region’s $6 trillion economy and protect the world’s largest system of surface fresh water.

　One of the GSGP’s missions is supporting exporters from its region. The project aims to help local SMEs export their goods and services to important markets outside of the region, and regularly organizes trade missions and arranges one-on-one business meetings with potential distributors and agents in their target destination.

　We will continue to support foreign companies entering the Japanese market by conducting market research, developing distributors, and providing other sales and marketing services.
