Canadian Business Delegation/B2B Business Meeting [Report]

 High-level business delegation Team Canada led by Minister of Export Promotion, International Trade and Economic Development, Canada, Ms. Mary Eng visited Japan in the week of October 30th in 2023. The Embassy of Canada in Japan organized the B2B matchmaking event at Hilton Osaka, the Embassy of Canada and Prince Park Tower Tokyo. Our firm worked on meeting arrangements for 17 Canadian companies.

 

 The event focuses on maintaining competitive advantage under Canada’s Indo-Pacific and Creative Export strategies. The delegation consists of approx. 100 companies in which our team supported 17 companies in the sectors of Clean Technology, Clean Energy, Life science and ICT.

 

 The scope of work we covered includes the market research to identify approx. 444 potential business partners in total, contact and prescreening and meeting arrangements. Finally we arranged 86 meetings in total for 17 Canadian companies.

 

 The Canadian delegation was very grateful for the fruitful B2B business meetings. Our client, Mr. Ian McKay, Ambassador of Canada to Japan and Special Envoy for the Indo-Pacific in Japan also expresses his gratitude to our services.
